ATOL Protection

Travel Trek Ltd holds ATOL licence number 12044, issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) is a UK government-backed scheme that protects your money and makes sure you are not stranded abroad if a travel company that holds an ATOL fails.

What is protected

• Holidays (flight + hotel): every flight-inclusive package you book with us is ATOL protected.
• Flights: flights you book with us are ATOL protected.
• Not protected by ATOL: hotel-only and car hire-only bookings, because they do not include a flight.

Your ATOL Certificate

When you book an ATOL protected flight or holiday with us, we issue an ATOL Certificate as soon as your booking is confirmed. You can view and print it at any time in Manage My Booking, and the link is in your confirmation email. Please check that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.

The certificate tells you what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you, and who to contact if things go wrong. If we are unable to provide the services listed because of insolvency, the ATOL scheme makes sure you can either complete your trip or receive a refund, and that you are brought home if you are already abroad.
