These terms explain how you may use traveltrek.co.uk ("the website"). The website is operated by Travel Trek Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12537037) whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you make a booking, our Booking Conditions also apply.
Using the website
- You may use the website to search for and book travel for yourself and the people travelling with you. You must be 18 or over to make a booking.
- You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, making speculative or false bookings, or using automated tools to copy prices or content.
- We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance.
Prices and information
Flight, hotel and car hire prices and availability are provided live by suppliers and can change at any time until you book. We take care to make sure the information on the website is accurate, but descriptions, photos and facilities are supplied by hotels and other suppliers and may change. Offer prices shown on our deal pages are indicative "from" prices; the price you pay is the live price confirmed at checkout. If we discover an obvious error in a price before your booking is confirmed, we will tell you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.
Intellectual property
The content of the website, including its text, design, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce or reuse the content for any other purpose without our written permission. Hotel descriptions and images are used under licence from our suppliers.

The website links to other websites (for example government travel advice, airline and payment provider sites). We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Our liability
